EZ Consulting was engaged as an advisor to the board of Australia’s largest membership-based education industry association. The initial assignment involved reengineering the Association’s performance measurement and financial reporting systems to make them better understood by directors with limited financial experience.
EZ Consulting then provided support in developing business plans for sub-units of PETAA to enable devolvement of management responsibility and opportunities to create refreshed offerings in an environment of declining association membership. Additional advice was provided in respect of IT Strategy and the upgrade of the PETAA’s core membership database.
As an advisor to the Board for over four years, EZ Consulting also provided coaching and support to Directors and General Managers as the business transitioned through three leadership changes over the period.
