EZ Consulting secured investor funding against a detailed business plan for the establishment of an interstate franchise including fit-out of a major showroom, recruitment of sales and warehouse staff and initial working capital.

Apart from setting up the entity, shareholder agreements and investor arrangements, EZ Consulting also provided operational and management support for the first two years of the businesses operation and a successful exit for the initial investors.
